how can i survey tv contained by my computer?

i enjoy the Dual TV Tuner but i dont know how to use it i bough it online and i am not shure if i need something else (got it within dell.com)

hook up your cable or TV antenna to the tuner, install the software that came beside the tuner and you should be able to use the software program that come with the tuner to monitor TV
Check out the box - it should have for a time booklet inside. Read it, and it will explain what to do. You should have a compact disc too.

You will, obviously, need a video cable connected to cable or an antenna.
Make sure you install the hardware and or driver
First bad you need cable tv to where on earth your computer is. If there is one gross sure it works. If it does then you own to have the right drivers and the software for it. If you still cant digit it out then name the company that you have warranty from.
if you bought it from dell, afterwards all the software have already been installed. adjectives you have to do is hook your cable telecommunication to the turner , and find out which program runs the tuner. if your not sure, go to start, select adjectives programs and look in here and see if you can find anything pertaining to tv tuner and select that and follow directions on how to watch tv.
