I can speak Japanese, so it is possible a setting on my computer that is my doing, but I enjoy no idea what it is. Any thinking?
How come when I install hardware, it is other installed surrounded by Japanese?
Go into Control Panel and have a look at the Regional Language settings. It's probably set to Japanese.
