What do you miserable by clear? If you don't need to stockpile anything, it is really easy. All you enjoy to do is format it.

Any operating system (e.g. Windows) install software will offer to do this for you.

If you want to do it yourself, you can sympathetic a command prompt (cmd.exe) and type format c:, or replace 'c' with anything drive letter your drive is at (c is default). This may prompt you, reproving that you are about to delete everything from your harddrive, which is what you are trying to do. Then agree to it run for a little while, and eventually your harddrive will be blank.

If you want to put aside things, you should burn cds or dvds first, and then format.
acquire a copy from walmart of windows xp home upgrade ($99.00) and an feeble copy of any windows OS ever made When you install xp it will automaticly reformat after at some point it will ask for your system disk (95,98,me,2000,or ,xp )pop it in and run it ,after it will ask you to put the xp setup disk back within . then you complete the install. for the system disk ask your freinds I'm sure someone have one they will loan you
