How can i relate if my desktop have a soundcard or modem?

hi there to check is you hold a sound card or a modem card right my computer-select properties-then select hardware-then device manager- from in attendance look under video, activity, sound for nouns card and for modem card look under modems.
First download a free program call, Belarc Advisor,

When you run it it will show you a screen encyclopaedia of everything in your computer, hardware and software and some specifics going on for each.

I, would be drastically surprised if you didn't have a nouns card or a built onto the motherboard sound card. Either style you probably don't get any nouns because the setting for speakers is set to mute. I'm assuming your using Windows, - on the task slab (lower right of your screen) you should see the symbol for a 'speaker' - double click the symbol and a mixer window should unseal up, check the left side of the glass for master volume make sure it is not checked 'mute' and next you can adjust the slider up to give you the amount of volume you want. Then while you hold the mixer open, acquaint yourself near the other control displayed there.
