u entail just a dvd writter and a software for dvd writting (like nero).
select choice for make a dvd. join ur dat file to it. and nero will encode it into dvd format.afterwards it will burn the disc and its redy to be played on dvd player....
You need a program to do that. AVOID NERO!!!! I dont know what will work, but DVDs are encoded.

nearby are programs out there but they cost greatly of money. look at sonic.

USB, USB 2.0, or Firewire, gotta be a special cord near two male ends. You can obtain it at Radio Shack. The system should automatically recognize the other device, and vice-versa.
enjoy you tried running the XP network wizard on both computers and naming on respectively computer the same web name. Each computer have to be named indistinguishable network nickname SUCH AS workgroup, then you must cause during the wizard the file sharing on both computers so you can see respectively others files from each computer.
start menu, control panel, framework connections on the left you will see the grating setup wizard and that must be done one both computer WITH THE SAME NETWORK NAME ON BOTH COMPUTERS
While connecting two computers together is the easy part of a set, having them cluster together as one larger server and share computer resources is the tougher nut to crack.
If you are running window, my first link give information on how to cluster two servers together. The second link provides the de facto site on clustering surrounded by Linux.
If you happen to run macs, XGrid (simple clustering) have been defaulting on OS X for a while now. Trivial to set up and works great.
