How can i remove the picture surrounded by my desktop, it in fact covers partly of my actual desktop wallpaper?

Go to desktop properties and make over the desktop pic to something else and then hindmost again to what you want.

E
on the desktop right click choose properties and it'll bring up a bunch of options choose: desktop



next your free to change the dummy or have no emblem on your desktop
Right click. Click on properties. Change any picture you want or go for NONE. The picture will be removed from Desktop
